Angry Blocked


My account was blocked as well with Your survey, with no explanation and no reply to my ticket. What a joke! I have always been honest in every survey I have ever done with any panel and this is an insult to me!

I will leave the worst reviews around the internet that anyone has ever seen if that is what they want.

Have you logged in from multiple locations?
Has more than one person used your location for surveys?
Have you sent in a Support ticket?

Thanks for your reply Wendy.

They blocked my account about a month ago in Australia when I hadn't logged in anywhere different. I am the only one who uses my account. I have since moved to the Philippines (2 weeks ago) only to find they haven't even replied to my ticket. It has been about a month now.

There are heaps of surveys for me to do everyday in Australia, so it didn't really bother me that much, apart from feeling insulted. However, here, in the Philippines, there are very few surveys and the ones that are available seem to be with various panels all connected with Your surveys.

The login from multiple countries is likely the reason for the block.

Unfortunately we get very few offers/surveys for the Philippines. I wish we had more.

There may be some earning opportunities available under the "Bonus Surveys" tab and "Cash Tasks" tab.

I'm blocked as well. I don't log in from multiple countries. I sent a ticket, but that's useless. I log in from my computer and my cell phone. so maybe that's is. kind of dumb if you ask me. But can anyone look into it?

Submitting a ticket directly to them, as you have already done, is the best course of action.

When you open one of those surveys and get that page, there will be a form further down that page which you will need to use to send a support request to the YourSurveys support team. We aren't able to unblock you from their surveys. So you'll need to contact their team from that page to resolve this.

It has been almost 2 weeks from my current message and 1 month and 20 days from the original ticket and still I haven't heard anything back from them

Unfortunately contacting YourSurveys is really the best option. We are not able to remove any blocks from our end. If it has been that long, you may want to try submitting another support request to them. I am sorry you did not receive a reply.

In this case, it is the country you are from. Unfortunately we get very few offers/surveys for your country.
