Default Blocked from yoursurveys.com


Hello everyone!

My account on yoursurveys.com has been blocked for just over one month as of now. I've sent them a support ticket over a month ago and haven't had a reply back except for the standard

"Hello there,

We've received your ticket. Most tickets are replied within 2 business days, but please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to get back to you.



Thank you again for your message, we will be in touch shortly.

Kind Regards,
The Admin Team"

Does anyone know of an alternative way to contact them or how do get them to address this problem more quickly just because a month with no reply is a very long time.

I'm seeing logins on your account from a few different countries, so that is more than likely the reason for the block. If you received a reply, it is possible the reply went to your spam/bulk mail folder so please be sure to check there.

Same issue here.... since early May. and I know my account is not logging in except from home. thanks Dana for trying to help. I have a ticket in with no reply but the standard..since May 3rd.

How frustrating, since nearly all the surveys are Your Survey

Exclamation Account being blocked from Your Surveys


Same issue here....blocked from Your Surveys for 2 weeks but did not receive any reply from them.
I'm newly join cash crate but cannot even complete one survey and get blocked by them...feel so frustrated.
What is the problem for my account being blocked?

Unfortunately we get very few surveys for Malaysia. I wish we had more.

There may be some earning opportunities available under the "Bonus Surveys" tab and "Cash Tasks" tab.

Hi Dana,

I was travelling to Europe in early May but I am back in Canada now. I have checked my spam folder and I do not see anything there regarding my blocked account. Any other help would be greatly appreciated.

Greg,

I'd recommend submitting another support ticket to YourSurveys if you're able and explain that you were traveling and back in Canada now. I really do think the logins from multiple countries was the cause of the block. These blocks are on YourSurvey's end and unfortunately we are unable to remove them.

Thanks for your quick response.
You mean my account being blocked by Your Surveys is due to there are only few survey for my country?
Then they should inform me on this and not ignore my request/ticket.

KJ16,

In general, we just get very few surveys overall for your country. Our referral program is still a great way to make money though.
